My journey with Kisty started a year ago when I approached her through a referral by a colleague. Kisty 1st sourced an apartment for rental while I was busy restructuring my budget in preparation for buying my own property. Her patience was proven when we viewed a few apartments that I said at the time I didn’t like or should I say did not match what I was looking for. Her passion for her job was proven when she was not feeling well at some point but still would go above and beyond the call of duty just to make sure her client was satisfied. She understood my taste when I finally viewed an apartment that was love at 1st sight for me, the place was neat and spacious. Big enough for me and my small family Toward the end of my lease period, we started with the bond application which was approved immediately upon application. At some point, I thought she was a financial advisor, but no she is not instead she comes with a lot of experience in what she does. The team that she worked with for my application is the best, I am glad to have been a first-time buyer surrounded by a team of efficient members like them. Kisty knowing and understanding my taste, she took me straight to a house that was definitely love at 1st sight. Today I’m the owner. If I were to buy again, I would definitely approach the Mandated Group.
