TEAM WORK

Team Work might be the key to great success and overall greater job satisfaction for real estate agents.

Having first hand witnessed the amazing turnaround and success that joining or rather teaming up with another agent has brought to the production and output of this joint venture made me curious and wanting to delve deeper into the benefits, not only for the agent or team but also for the client being serviced by them.

Real estate can at best be a lonely job. Having to constantly keep yourself motivated on the one side and accountable on the other, something very view ever master and whether your successful highly dependent your personality.

Whereas the benefits of this joint venture is actually quite obvious. Very similarly to having a gym partner, there will be those days where you simply just don't feel like getting out of bed but knowing someone is waiting for you and counting on you, forces you out and up and many a times those are the best and most successful and productive days when looking back and taking stock of the weeks activities and successes.

Having someone to run your ideas by and to back you up does wonders for self-confidence. Not everyone resonates or gets along with everybody and having a partner might just save the deal, that is if you know when to back off a bit and let your partner take over and close the client. A good old  good cop bad cop scenario.                          

When working with a team a client will receive the expertise of more than one real estate expert working on their behalf without the additional costs of more commission. More experienced agents working on their behalf without paying more in commission, that is no brainer. The client will gain the collective knowledge and wisdom of the team as whole. The client should also then never find  themselves in a situation where their needs are being neglected, as anyone of the team can stand in for each other and step up for each other  when needed based on their area of specialties.

A well-functioning real estate team will bring together the clients, agents, bond originators and conveyancers to provide for a fast efficient property transaction. Having a reliable network of suppliers and contacts available to assist with any outstanding requirements on your property transfer be it any of the required certificates of compliance, your electrical certificate of compliance or perhaps an architect that needs to assist with amendments never brought onto the building plans that needs now to be updated as per the banks requirements.
